S.T.I.C monitors and de codifies the external factors which affect the freight market such as political and economical crises, oversupply of tonnage in major market centers, aid programmes and commodity requirements in developing countries.
S.T.I.C is working all standard forms of voyage and time charter parties such as Gencon, Norgrain, Amwelsh or NYPE and makes proper use of additional clauses for allocating the owners and charterers rights and responsibilities which have been agreed.
S.T.I.C team of negotiators/brokers is well versed in the communications skills including making offers/counter offers accept/except basis, rejection and acceptance.
It’s post fixture department make the details and prepares the charter party for the contracted parties, prepare the Laytime statement on behalf of owners and calculates the demurrages /despatch.
S.T.I.C knows it’s responsibilities and of it’s authorities towards it’s principals.
S.T.I.C is well insured for negligence and indemnity cover.
S.T.I.C if and when necessary make the calculations for a voyage estimation, compare alternative routes, compare voyage with time charter, calculate Ballast Bonus in time charters.

List of services for owners consideration prior vessels delegation.
- With 100% dedication S.T.I.C avails all it’s resources (time, people, knowledge, contacts) to the exclusive vessels employment at the maximum and better than market average freight and hire rates levels.
- Circulate regularly vessel’s position to w/w charterers and brokers network, release indications.
- Propose/secure firm direct fc charterers cargoes and t/c business employment for owners/principal’s tonnage at highest possible negotiated rate.
- Negotiate under authority offering firm business basis accept/except, reject or accept as per owners rate, business and direction preferences.
- Provide to owners Charterers background information and references list of vessels.
- Proactively checks charterer’s Background and financial credibility for owners protection.
- Draft the fixture recap and subsequently the Charter Party and make the Details as per executed owners or charterers Charter parties ( Gencon, Norgrain, Amwelsh, NYPE).
- Draft the rider clauses and checking of original Charter Parties prior owners/charterers Signature/acceptance.
- Prepare Laytime statements and Laytime calculations.
- Calculate demurrages/despatch.
- Keep statistics about fixture levels and market performance in comparison for owners evaluation.
